I don’t agree with the negative comments.
It’s all about how you cook it. My never fail method for medium rare makes 5his steak so tasty and tender. I eat 2 a week. Delish.

We have purchased this steak for years as the taste and quality are excellent. The steak is always tender. So disappointed it has been discontinued.

Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM THAWED.
THAWING AND PREPARATION:
- For best results, thaw steak, in package, in refrigerator for 24 hours. Alternatively, thaw steak in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove all packaging. Wipe steak with paper towel.
- Lightly oil and spice steak (as desired).
OVEN:
- Preheat oven broiler element on high.
- Place steak on broiler pan, in oven, 4 to 6 inches from element.
- Broil, 5 minutes per side, for medium-rare.
- Remove from oven. Hold until internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) is reached.
