Great soup..all the right ingredients EXCEPT at 45%,sodium..wow...way too high...hopefully they will change recipe and use low sodium..until then..

Good low fat option
Agree with previous reviewer that this soup (and all the soups) have too much salt, but at least it’s low in saturated fat & sugar, and high in protein. Would love a low salt option!

Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
STOVETOP: (for best results)
- Heat container in microwave on high 30 to 60 seconds.
- Empty contents into small preheated pot.
- Cook 10 to 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):
- Place container on a microwave-safe plate.
- Heat on high 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally throughout. Caution: Remove hot container carefully.
- Let stand 2 minutes.
- Remove film, stir gently and serve.
