Was disappointed the chicken was freezer burn the first day I picked it up. Tried it anyway. It was overpowered by the sauce. It's a very SMALL portion. If it's for a small child it may be ok but not an adult. 4.29 was not worth it at all. If there was more everything and chicken wasn't freezer burnt then maybe. I ordered over 100 bucks worth of food today and I'm hoping it's not all like this.

Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
WARNING:
- Do NOT use in toaster oven.
- Do NOT place close to oven heat element.
- Do NOT exceed 400°F (205°C).
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS): (for best results)
- Remove bowl from box.
- Heat on high 2 1/2 minutes.
- Pull back film, stir contents; re-cover with film.
- Heat on high 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
- Let stand 2 minutes. CAUTION: Bowl will be hot. Support when removing from microwave.
- Remove film, stir contents gently and serve.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove bowl from box. Place on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
- Cook 30 minutes.
- Pull back film, stir contents; re-cover with film.
- Cook 10 minutes. Remove from oven. CAUTION: Bowl will be hot. Support when removing from oven.
- Let stand 2 minutes. Remove film, stir contents gently and serve.
NOTE:
Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
