Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven broiler.
- Place burgers on non-stick broiler pan, in oven, 4 to 6 inches from heating element.
- Broil, 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until thoroughly cooked.
FRY PAN: (for best results)
- Preheat non-stick fry pan to medium-high.
- Place burgers in fry pan.
- Cook burgers 2 to 4 minutes per side, or until thoroughly cooked. Smash burgers down with spatula until surfaces are seared.
