Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM THAWED.

THAWING AND PREPARATION:

  1. For best results, thaw product in packaging in refrigerator for 24 hours. 
  2. Alternatively, thaw in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Remove all packaging prior to cooking.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 
  2. Place brisket and sauce in a covered oven-proof dish. 
  3. Heat 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 
  4. Serve.

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):

  1. Place brisket and sauce in a deep microwave-safe dish. 
  2. Cover. Heat on high for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 
  3. Let stand 2 minutes. 
  4. Serve.

NOTE:

Ensure product is thoroughly heated to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
